United Online Announces First-Quarter Earnings
Release Date And Conference Call.
United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD), a leading

announced that it will release results for its first quarter
ended March 31, 2004, before market open on May 3, 2004.
The company will host a conference call to
discuss the results of the quarter at 8:00AM PT (11:00AM ET)
following the announcement. The call will be broadcast live via
a link on the Investors section of the company's Web site at
untd.com. A replay of the broadcast will be available on this
site following the call for seven days.
