Covad Communications Selects NetCracker to
Provide OSS Solutions.
DSL Provider with largest DSL footprint in
U.S. plans to deploy NetCracker OSS
across entire network.
NetCracker Technology, a leading provider of OSS
and IT Infrastructure Management solutions, announced today that
Covad Communications Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: COVD), a
leading national broadband service provider of high-speed
Internet and network access, has selected NetCracker OSS for its
service delivery needs.

systems it will be used to manage the company's network
inventory and to provision customers across the country," said

chose NetCracker."
Covad selected NetCracker's Network Inventory,
Auto Design and Assign, and Discovery and Reconciliation after
appropriate due diligence efforts that included a request for
proposal, customer references, product demonstrations,
architectural discussions, and a proof of concept. At this time
Covad has not yet implemented NetCracker OSS onto its systems.
