Viper Networks Signs Agreement With Talk ISP Inc.
for Software Integration of IP-PBX.
Viper Networks, Inc. announced today that it has
concluded all final negotiations and will integrate Talk ISP
Inc., software technology for Viper's highly anticipated IP-PBX
product.
Talk ISP Inc.'s software platform will give
Viper's IP (Internet Protocol) -PBX product enhanced features
and functionality such as conference calling, intelligent call
routing, call queuing, and voicemail.
Viper's IP-PBX product provides all of the
functionality of traditional multi line PBX phone systems
utilized in business environments with the cost saving benefit
of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) since calls can be routed
over Viper's global IP network.
Viper Networks Chief Executive Officer, Ron
Weaver commented, "With the additional features provided by Talk
ISP, Inc., our IP-PBX product will be marketed to business
customers in a `Good, Better, Best' model based on the needs and
size of the customer. `Good' is where Viper Networks hosts all
the company's calling needs on our system and simply charges a
low monthly fee for all services including conference calls,
voice messaging and traditional domestic and long distance
telephone service. The old antiquated PBX can finally be
disconnected and the company simply uses their Internet
connection and Viper Networks IP-PBX for everything. The
`Better' scenario is where Viper Networks installs the IP PBX
software and offers support on a company's internet/LAN server.
In this model the customer pays a license fee and for whatever
local or long distance calls made over the Viper Global Network.
Finally, the `Best' scenario is where Viper Networks does
everything from acquire the hardware, configure the system,
install the servers, LAN phones, vPhones and Wi-Fi phones in a
true turn key package for medium to large corporations."
Weaver concluded, "Integration is underway this
week and my expectations is that we will go `live' before May
15th with the initial `Good' model with a special introductory
offer for our existing Viper Networks customers."
